Now that the European Union has officially delayed its ETIAS (visa waiver) fee and online permission in order to enter certain European countries until the end of 2026 (yay hooray!) we felt it was the right time to remind our readers that these requirements are in effect for the entire United Kingdom. As most of you know, the UK is now considered completely separate from Europe.

In the Clued-In Travel Books world, that specifically means those interested in visiting London, England and Edinburgh, Scotland are required to pay the small fee and be accepted/ allowed to enter the UK. This is done online at the following website; just follow the simple instructions. Do it in advance (we recommend at least two weeks.)
